Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create custom cards?
In the app, tap the '+' button to create a new card. You can add a photo from your gallery or take a new one, record your own voice, and assign it to a category.
Can I use the app offline?
Yes! Mluvídek Karty works completely offline. All cards and recordings are stored on your device, so no internet connection is needed.
How do I enable child mode?
Go to Settings in the app and enable 'Child Mode'. You'll be asked to set a PIN code that will be required to exit child mode or access settings.
Can I backup my cards?
Yes, you can export all your cards as a ZIP file for backup. Go to Settings > Backup & Export. You can also export cards to PDF for printing.
Is the app available in other languages?
Currently, Mluvídek Karty is available in Czech with Czech voice output. We're working on adding more languages in future updates.
What devices are supported?
The app is available for both Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store) devices. Android 5.0+ and iOS 12.0+ are supported.
How do I get premium features?
Premium features can be purchased through in-app purchase. Go to Settings > Premium to see available features and pricing.
My child accidentally deleted cards. Can I recover them?
If you have a recent backup (ZIP file), you can restore your cards from it. We recommend enabling Child Mode to prevent accidental deletions.
Troubleshooting
🔧 App crashes or freezes
Try restarting the app. If the problem persists, restart your device. Make sure you have the latest version of the app installed.
🔧 Voice recording not working
Check that the app has microphone permissions in your device settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Mluvídek Karty > Permissions.
🔧 Cards not saving
Ensure your device has enough storage space. The app needs space to save photos and voice recordings.
🔧 Cannot take photos
Check that the app has camera permissions in your device settings. Go to Settings > Apps > Mluvídek Karty > Permissions.
